Trivelles Action Group
Trivelles Action group has been formed specifically as a focal point for investors in the various Trivelles developments.
The aim of the group is to help investors recover the funds they invested in these failed schemes in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
It has been set up and is run by the people behind the highly successful NWIC Action Group which served the same purpose for investors in the various NWIC developments.
CATALYST LITIGATION
Since 2015 Catalyst Litigation has helped hundreds of investors such as yourself who have lost money or have not received the returns that they were promised.

We have organised claims against the UK solicitors who acted for investors and who failed to give the warnings that were recommended by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Murat Yeter
My name is Murat Yeter and I set up the NWIC Action Group in 2015 to help investors in a number of UK property developments which had all gone into liquidation, often without anything ever having been built.
Hundreds of small investors lost tens of millions of pounds of their hard earned money in these schemes. Many of these investors were based overseas, largely in the Far East and had no knowledge of the UK legal system. They were therefore at a great disadvantage in knowing how to start to seek compensation.
I am property investor myself and I also have many years of experience working in legal claims with solicitors and barristers.
I am well aware of the positive benefits that group litigation can bring for claimants and I am proud to say that the Action Groups I have set up have helped hundreds of investors to recover many millions of pounds.
I now run Catalyst Litigation to carry on the good work that was undertaken by the NWIC Action Group.
